Volunteer for op shop

Volunteering at a RSPCA op shop is a fantastic way to help animals in need as well as develop your customer service skills, connect with the community and meet new friends and fellow animal lovers!

Our stores are open seven days a week and we rely on our volunteers to assist with customer service, sales, visual merchandising, sorting donations and replenishing stock.
All our stores are equipped with Point Of Sale (POS) terminals and training is provided so it’s a great way to gain valuable retail skills.

How do I apply?

We’re always looking for volunteers to join our stores throughout Melbourne.
